I love the video by narayadoP (the moves are so perfect) but it's so lo-res, it is impossible to watch clearly... v_v
Probably it is because "low-res time" for Non nicovideo menbers....you will be able to wacth it clearly if you choose non-low-res-time. Low-res time(it is called "economy time") lasts 0700PM-0200AM in Japanese time.
10:00AM-5:00PM GMT (UTC), in other words.
When referring to time, I think its best to refer to GMT (UTC), since all time zones can easily convert from it.
